Taça Ferrero

Para quem gosta de " Ferrero Rocher" aqui está um docinho que fica muito parecido !!

Bolo de Banana Caramelizada



Caramelized Banana Cake 

Recipe 

1 kg soft bananas
2 baked and mash soft bananas
3 eggs
100g butter (slighty melted)
200gr sugar + 150g extra (caramel)
250gr flour
1 tablespon baking powder
 1 teaspon cinnamon 
1 teapson vanilla extract.

Preheat oven 180ºC .
Put 150g sugar  in to a round baking pan and bake until the caramel is golden brown then spread all over the pan (don't use  any thing to spread the caramel , just turn the pan from one side to the other ). Slice the soft bananas and put over the caramel. Reserve.
Bake 2 bananas in Microwaves for 2 minutos and mash.
In to a Large bowl mix ( manually) the 3 eggs with 200gr sugar , add 100gr butter and the mash bananas , mix well.
Add 250g flour, baking powder, vanilla extract an cinnamon .

Pour batter in to prepared baking pan ( caramelized pan with the sliced bananas) and bake 45 minutos 180ºC.
Loosen the sides of cake from the pan with a thin knife then turn out on to a large plate and let it cool.

Notes: use 150g to 200g to make a beautiful caramel
           do everything in tradicional way , don't use electric mixer .
           
this recipe is perfect to reuse  fruits  and.... you just use 1 bowl to do it.
